2. The service and prices

We rent cars without a driver in Chișinău. Each car's page shows the daily rate by rental length, the kilometres included and the car's rules.

Before you send a request, the summary shows the total price: the rate for the chosen period, the selected extras and any delivery. No other charges are added to this price. Additional costs can only arise after the rental, under the contract: kilometres above the included limit (the rental's daily rate divided by the kilometres included per day), traffic fines and damage caused during the rental.

We are not registered for VAT: displayed prices are final, with no VAT added.

Displayed prices apply to requests sent while they are displayed. The final price is the one we confirm for your request.

3. How a booking is made

• Choose the car, the period and the pick-up and return locations.
• Choose any extras.
• Fill in your contact details.
• Check the summary and the total price, accept these terms and send the request.
• You immediately see on screen that we have received the request, with a booking code.
• We contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm availability. The booking becomes firm only after our confirmation.
• The rental contract is signed when you pick up the car.

4. Correcting data, storing the request and language

Until you send it, you can change any field of the form and the summary updates instantly. After sending, you can ask us at any time to correct your data by phone, WhatsApp or email.

We store your request in our system. You can view it at any time at the address you receive after sending, using the booking code. You keep a copy of the contract signed at pick-up.

Requests can be made in Romanian, Russian or English. The rental contract is concluded in Romanian.

We do not subscribe to any code of conduct.

5. Payment

You pay nothing on the website. Payment is made when you pick up the car, under the rental contract.

Rates are set in euro. The amount in lei shown next to each price is calculated at the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Moldova for that day and is for information. Customers resident in the Republic of Moldova pay in lei, at the official NBM rate on the day of payment; non-resident customers may also pay in euro.

6. Cancellation

You can withdraw your request or a confirmed booking at any time before pick-up, free of charge and without giving a reason: just tell us by phone, WhatsApp or email. Since nothing is paid in advance, there is nothing to refund.

7. Rental conditions

• Minimum age: 21; driving licence held for at least 2 years.
• At pick-up you show your original ID card or passport and driving licence.
• The kilometres included per day are shown on each car's page; an extra kilometre costs the rental's daily rate divided by these kilometres.
• Smoking is not allowed in the cars.
• Leaving the country is allowed only with our written consent.
• The cars are fitted with GPS, which records position, speed and mileage; details are in the contract and the Privacy policy.
• The full conditions (insurance, damage, fines, fuel, return) are set out in the rental contract.

8. Complaints

For any complaint, write to us or call +373 79 803 183; we reply as soon as possible.

As a consumer, you may contact the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance (consumator.gov.md).

Disputes are first settled amicably; failing an agreement, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, under the law of the Republic of Moldova.
